Hi, Im in the process of disposing my EC,
Im below 55year old but can’t wait for the 15 months cool off period as I have a family nucleus with small kids.
Anyone have experience to appeal for HFE submissions and eventually getting the max grants and loans for re-sale unit?
Do note that the EC is in my name but I’m not the owner. I was young and agreed to sign as I trusted the adults and was told it will not impede my chances to get a BTO or re-sale.
Currently the EC is to be “sold” to a family member and I’ve submitted an appeal via Efeedback HDB.

Hi, the appeal is done so you will have to wait for the results to know, the grant and loan amount is based on your income and no one will be able to assist to change the amount.
