There are a fair bit of choices available in the market, therefore I am quite curious why you have shortlisted this project. At $1,500psf in this project, I'd reckon it to be a premium, as there is only 1 transaction which breached this price, and only a handful others coming close at around $1,450psf. Despite the MRT coming into operation, we have not really seen an uptake in terms of the average price transacted, therefore I have my reservations when it comes to the potential upside of this project if we are looking at this price range.
