Hi, i'm a Singaporean while my husband is a PR, we owned a 4 room HDB flat, MOP next year. Our combined income is only $9k per mth. As our CPF are all stucked in our HDB flat, so left with not much CPF. For our financial status, can we afford to buy a Condo to invest while we keep our 4 rm HDB Flat?
