Hi I'm a sincere and ready tenant looking to rent a 2 bedder in this development.
The loft should preferably be in the living room, black-out curtains and grills(both Master & common room) must be provided.
My budget is $2.4k/month fixed. High possibility it will be a long term rental between 3 to 4 years but will only renew annually.
