Hi, I'm a PR but currently working overseas. I am planning to sell my 4 room flat by end of this year (Nov - Dec 2012) but I dont have an agent to assist me on the processing. Kindly recommend a good agent. Thanks

Firstly, will you be back in Singapore to ink the necessary or are you engaging Power of Attorney to assist you? Are you purely selling? Or purchasing after sales? There are many things that require ironing out prior to the actual sales.
