Hi. I'm a foreigner rented a two years contract HDB unit. My current contract is going to expire on 1st august 2013. But now because of some personal problem I cannot continue. I told owner that next month I will leave house. I have paid 2 months advance deposit. But now owner is saying if you want to terminate contract then I will not pay your 2 months advance rental. Pls tell me what to do?
