I'm 31/citizen/male/single looking for a condo (preferably new project) for something within my budget.
Let's say I earn 60k per annum, ~60k CPF and ~10k cash.
What is the budget range I can afford even if i have to save up more cash/CPF?
Am I right to say for 600k property i need to fork out 30k cash, 90k CPF?
Is it not even feasible to find a condo at 600k at today's market?
Please be honest and advise so i can do some planning (may be a 3-5 years plan...)
