Hi,
If i were to purchase a new condo from developer for a price of S$500,000. Understand that i need to pay 5% cash and 15% from CPF. May i need for CPF, can i zerorise my CPF or do i need to maintain a minimum sum in my CPF OA?
Also, would you be able to advise on the Stamp duty + any other charges involved? Thanks.
