Hi, if I get a BTO unit now, can I start investing in a private property after I meet the 5 years MOP for this unit?

Hi Nelson,

Yes, you can invest in private property after you have fulfilled the MOP of your HDB flat.

Hi Nelson,

Alternatively, you may look into commercial properties like office/shops. They are not affected by SSD (seller stamp duty), ABSD, MOP. They are free hold commercial properties which are with affordable price! If you interested, please send me a mail and let me introduce you. Thanks.
