If you are aware of all the paperworks and procedure, you are welcome to DIY, provided you don't mind have salespersons calling you to provide you with their services.
Marketing with sole salesperson, not necessary with exclusive, will allow the salesperson to devote this full attention on you unit and control the marketing price.
Havin multiple salesperson may seem like a good deal but as it would meant that only the closing salesperson gets the meat, the salesperson might not market your unit with you in the bnest interest, which I'm sure is not what you are looking for.
