Hi, I would like to sub-sale my groundfloor studio unit @ The Waterline, 789sqft (include PES)that was bought in Nov 2010. May i know what would be a reasonable price? Thanks.

Hello Mr Foo,
a reasonable price would be around $800k to $816k. But do note that due to the current measures and the fact that sub-sale units generally move slower than completed projects, a lot of patience is encouraged.
