Normally a typical HDB sale will take about 4 to 6 months inclusive of marketing and two HDB appointments. Pricing for your unit should be estimated $435k +/- if yours its a 103sqm unit but it still boils down to buyer's perception of your unit in terms of house condition, facing and other factors etc. If you need any assistance in your property sale, feel free to contact me. Hi Joey, In general, resale HDB market has slowed down quite significantly therefore I believe not many salespersons are confident to quote you how fast can a unit be sold. More importantly is if the current transacted prices and valuation prices around your area fit into your sales plan when it comes to the sales proceeds and stuff. Having said that, my colleague recently sold a unit in Bukit Panjang within 1 viewing with COV of $15k above. That to say, as long as buyer has the motivation to purchase a certain unit, the prices will still be there.
