Hi,
I would like to sell my current 4room HDB flat at AMK Avenue 1 without engaging an Agent but agent of buyer is welcome providing that I need not pay for any agent fee. Appreciate yr advise. thanks

Hi PongS,

What advise do you require from the gurus since you have mentioned that you will be selling your AMK unit without engaging an agent?

Have you done all necessary documentations required by HDB and what is the valuation and asking price of your unit?

Without any details, no agents will be able to bring our buyers into your unit.
