Hi! I would like to sell my 4 room flat in Punggol. I am the sole ownership of the house. Already stay for 10 years. Staying with my parents and sister.
My parent agreed for me to sell the house. But my sister won't. If I bring agent to my house, she would yell ''y must sell the house''. She works in the government sector.
Anyone can assist me in selling my flat?

Morning,

Being the sole owner, you have all the rights to sell your unit, withou getting consent from your family members. Being working in the government sector doesn't mean that she have the rights over your rights. Talk to her and understand her worries.
