First, you might like to double check with HDB on your MOP date.
Second, sales usually take about a few months, usually between 1-3 months. It may be shorter or longer depending on market situation and the pricing.
Marketing can be done as earlier as you want, however, you can grant option to purchase
(OTP) to buyers after only 7 days after:
(i) your MOP
(ii) and also after you have submitted your seller’s enhanced resale’s checklist
Usually, once we submit for valuation, it will take 3 to 5 working days for valuer to take pictures and thereafter about 2 weeks (or 2-4 weeks depending on the valuer) to get the valuation report. And the valuation report will be valid for 3 months.
Hence, you can do your valuation at the end of May or start of June.
Marketing can be done during this period.
