Hi, I would like to know if you are legally allowed to sell your own property without the services of a real estate agent in Singapore? If so, are there any online resources that I might refer to?

Yes, you can but you will receive more agents call than buyers. please engage an exclusive agent to help you run the errand. If you decide DIY, there will be an after effect, even your unit was sold, because your contact will still exist in agent networking. Danny 82018787  Read More
