Hi, I would like to know after I sold my Hdb, how long do i need to wait to get the monies in the CPF and cash profit?

Afternoon Dennis,

If your definition of sold is referring to completing the OTP, it would be around 3 months before you can get your cheque. This will be given to you by HDB, if you are using HDB lawyer, after the final appointment.
The CPF, on the other hand, will be in your CPF account, 2 to 3 weeks after the completion.
