Hi Reva, As a foreigner, you are only eligible to purchase privatized EC (which are at least 10 years old). I am more than willing to share with you which are the ECs. Btw do take note that a foreigner will be subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty on top of estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty. In addition, you have to fork out 20% downpayment.
