Morning,

Selling your unit now will be slow as most buyers in the market are chinese and they are busy preparing for CNY. Even non-chinese are joining in the fun. Though I must say there are also some buyers who are serious hunting for unit at such moment.
With such situation, there would be lesser buyers to view your unit and you may not get the best possible offer. As for the salesperson, most of us are also toning down for CNY, thus I would advice to prepare the valuation report slightly before CNY and you can start the marketing soon after the festive holidays.
