Hi. I would like a ask a question about rental agreement.
Last year(Feb 2019), i signed a room rental agreement of min 6 months stay of 1 year contract.. Today(Dec 2020), my agent requested me to sign a new contract of min 6 months stay of 1 year contract again.
I would like to ask is it compulsory for me to sign the contract? Cause I already fullfill my min 6 months stay as stated in my first contract but now they add another min 6 months again.
