Hi, I will be getting my BTO at 2nd quarter 2015 and need to sell my current one. Can I put it like this? Start to sell after get letter to collect keys which is around 1 month time. Upon collection of keys, 6 months to sell. plus extension of 3 more months. Does that mean I have got 1+6+3, total 10 months to sell away my current house?

Morning,

Depending on which area your unit is located, you might need to start marketing at an earlier time line. You are require to sell away your existing HDB unit within 6 months from key collection and extension are subjected to prior approval.
