Standard commission payable for sales is 2%. However, should you engage my services, we can try to work things out accordingly. Fees payable by sellers, to HDB, would include admin fee, search fee, outstanding upgrading fee, etc. In the event that your buyer exercise the OTP, the entire transaction should take around 3.5 to 4 months to completion.
