Hi, I want to buy a 4 bedroom and above unit in D15. I don't mind getting a landed if my budget can match though my preference is to buy a 4 bedroom condo.
My question is that I have a 5 room HDB in tampines and a 3 bed appt in telok kurau. I want to sell both so that I can buy my bigger unit with min loan. But the thing is if I sell first, I am afraid I do not have a place to stay and be forced into buying by unethical agents, if I don't sell, I might not have enough cash to purchase as I understand that I can only get 60% loan.

My HDB is paid up, but my unit at TK is not and it is tenanted at a nothing fantastic rental rate.
