Hi, i want to ask some question ? Currently i am still holding my S-Pass and just register my PR application on Nov 2013. My girlfriend and i plan to save money to buy our first house as BTO. May i know more detail regarding how is the procedure and minimum cash we need to pay. Do we need to summit our marry certificate when we apply for BTO ? BTO 5% down payment then when i need to pay another 5% or start our installment ? If i can get my PR in this year, can i apply BTO with my girlfriend directly? ( She is Singaporean ) Is it new couple marry and first time buy a HDB can have some discount ? I want to know more detail of my case and i want to know the procedure for my case if we want to marry and buy a BTO on next few years ? Thank you
