Hi, i want to ask about bedok area..especialy waterfront series. i am interesting to invest there ( 1 bedder or 1+study) so i want to buy and then rent it out? how about rent rate in that area? is easy to rent out? thanks

Hi Michael,

Do you have the budget for a 2 bedroom direct from developer. There's only 1 last unit left. Asking: $1,103M for size of 904sqft from the Waterfront Isle.

Or do you like Waterfront Waves which will TOP soon?

The asking rent for a 2 bedder is around: $2600 - $3000. You will look at more than 3% rental yield return.
