Hi, i saw the highest transacted price for a 4room in woodlands was 493k. I stay somewhere in that area and also considering to sell my 4room flat. Can i know if i can get within that range or even higher? Also, any ideas who the agent was?

Afternoon,

It's hard to say if the same agent or any other agent can help you attain the similar selling price or not. It would depend on many other factors: unit level, condition, facing, renovation, ethnic restriction and type of neighbours available.
