Hi, I rented a semi d and recently there's lots of bee flying around. I suspect there's a bee hive somewhere. I told my agent and was told is my responsibility to engage a pest control company. Shouldn't this be the landlord responsibility? Is not stated in the contract. I seriously need professional advice to whom should be responsible.
