Hi, i own a flat at S530614 #03-xxx.
I had done up the renovation with all room aircons, flooring, toilet, window & more.

1) May i know the selling price now?
2) My unit is leaking from the above unit, should i get it done before valuation or after?
3) Any of you have ready buyer?

Hi Alex,

The estimat valuation should be around 275k-290k for a 4rm unit.

COV range from 30k-50k. I would also suggest that you fix the leakage before valuation.
