Hi, I own a 3rm flat and it is currently rented out. I stay with my parents while waiting for my EC to be ready end of this year. I understand I am supposed to sell within 6 mths of key collection. But since market is so bad now, is any chance of delaying the sale (for more than 6 mths)? Meanwhile, I will continue to rent out the place. I wonder if any agent has such experience in helping to 'extend' the 6 mths deadline. I do not need the money from the sale urgently.
