Hi I need your help to buy hdb flat,I'm EP holder n my girl friend is singaporean,can we buy hdb flat?if can,what are the cost involve? And how much cash I need to prepare for the whole proceed?thks

Evening Mar,

Both of you can purchase HDB resale unit under non-citizen spouse scheme, with Long Term Visit pass or employment pass of 6 month or longer.

As to how much cash is required, it would be dependent on how much loan you are eligible to, the CPF OA available, your purchase price and COV component.
