Hi i need to sell my flat. more or less sure of the finances but not very sure if i need to pay "upgrading levy".

My flat has gone thru LUP and the costs are fully paid. both husband and me are SPR.

Afternoon Venny,

You are currently SPR hence your current resale unit is purchased under bank loan. Since you have paid for the lift upgrading, that would allow more buyers to take interest for your unit. As for upgrading levy, it's only applicable to SC would have enjoyed 1st subsidized unit from HDB and getting a second subsidized unit.
