Hi.. I need some help here. As i am staying in a rental flat from hdb.. I want to purchase a 3rm flat. As now i have to pay $350 for the rent. As i still have outstanding payment for my rental. Can i still purchase the flat. Im a single parent with 2 kids under my custody & my mother.
