Hi,
I moved in a new flat, but after 6 weeks, the bed is broken. It was brand new, but poorly built (the description of the bed on the seller website is:"only suitable for short term usage by lightweight people.")
The cost is 97sgd, and the landlord told me that because it cost less than 100, i have to replace it at my own expense.
does the replacement of the bed fall under the minor repair clause?
Also I offered to buy the bed at my expense only if he removes the item from the inventory, but it was refused.
what can I do?
thanks for reading me
Joe
