Hi,
I m a ready seller to my 2-room flat(45sqm) at Sengkang(Anchorvale link),i have not engaged any agents yet.
I have a question :
(1) As the new rule will be kicked in from 1 Jan 2018 resale transaction time cut into half and that's only one appointment needed instead of two.
Should i commit now or wait till Jan,will there be any differences if i do it now,please advice.
If you have any ready buyer keen on my property,please indicate.
