Hi

I like to know more about property investment.

I like to invest on a condo (prefer dual key type - 2-3 rooms with studio room).. I currently have a 5 room HDB fully paid, have around $200-300k in cash.

What will be the likely cost and the types of payment and monthly payment I need to contribute.

Hi Vincent,

For the payment calculation, it will depends on whether you will be going for New Launch Project or Resale.

Also, i suppose this is your 2nd property and i also assume you are Singaporean. So, you will have to add in 7% ABSD.

Hi Vincent

Would you be keen in Geylang properties? As that district is of the highest in terms of rental yield as it is just mins to Suntec and City area.

And pls bear in mind, you still have the additional buyer stamp payable of 10% of the purchase price.
