Hi! I just had my divorce and am planning to sell off my house of 5A point block at Blk 7 Teck Whye Ave above 15th level storey. I have been a housewife with 2 sons and not working. Can someone advice me on the estimated selling price and is it true that its complicated for a case like mine to buy another new place, be it resale or bto? I am also looking for a serious and helpful agent who can help me on this.
