Hi, I just booked an EC. I wish to sell my flat within this few months. I am staying at Blk 11* Edgefield Plains. It's an EA at 5th floor. How much can a seller ask and how long will I be able to find the right buyer for my flat. Is there a situation where seller is unable to find a buyer for his house in this current market? I have seen unit advertise in Property guru for many months but still unable to find any buyer. This is quite a concern for any seller thinking of upgrading.
