Hi ,
I have signed an exclusive with an agent last month. However it seems that she Isnt doing her job well in marketing my hdb unit. I feel like breaking the agreement. But the exclusive says that she is given 3 mths to market. And the resale checklist have her contact details. Is it possible to cancel it and look for another agent?
