Hi I have just sold my flat in which i was a second owner and now i have 200k back in my cpf. My cpf contributions are 400 for basic and 300 for special account. I am interested in buying a condo share with my sister and brother in law, and they also going to sell their e flat soon and will get back 200k each ,can i have more details on this issue,and also am i eligible to buy . I am single and 48 years old,tks.
