Hi,
I have heard that the Singapore property prices would remain the same or even reduce in next year(2012) or so.How true is this? I'm looking to invest in an HDB near Eunos/Tai Seng/Pay lebar area. Will it be wise to wait till next year end? Whats your take on this.

Hi GS,

You are require to fulfill the MOP of 5 years before you can sell off the HDB. So, what do you think of the price of the HDB flat in 5 years time if you buy now ...

Hi GS,

I think if you are paying rental now, it will be better to buy a HDB as least you paying the instalation for yourself.
