Hi, I have few questions:
1. I am breaching my lease by 6 months (2 yr term, I've served 1.5 years) ,no agent was involved as it was a direct renewal with landlord. I understood that in the TA it was mentioned that I have to refund the unexpired term lease, my question is if I've given 2 months notice and the landlord is able to find a new tenant by then, am I still obligated to refund the unexpired term lease (6 months)?
2. the landlord's agent is requesting me to sign a handover agreement and listed 2 items that I need to fulfill during the handover which were not in the original TA - show proof of prof cleaning & show proof of dry cleaning the curtain. Is this handover agreement a common practise? I felt like I was being forced to sign something which I did not agree at the first place as it wasn't in my original TA. Should I know I needed to dry clean the curtain at the first place, I wouldn't have want it
3. Is chemical wash of A/C borne by the tenant?
