Hi, I have booked an EC, which TOP is mid-2015. I currently own an EA in Sengkang. My initial plan was to move in to EC and sell my EA within 6mon. Due to current market situation, I am thinking of selling my EA early and rent a flat till TOP. Whats your advice?
