Hi. I have a question. Since my tenant contract is 1 year at first and extend 3 more months. Therefore i need to do aircon servicing every 3 months. So i had signed the aircon contract for 1 year total 4 times of aircon service and the aircon contract sign after 3 months i start living here and last the same time as my tenant contract. But my landlord and agent still asking me to do 1 more time of aircon servicing and i agree for them to deduct on my deposit. However when i ask the agent to show me receipt of aircon servicing. Agent told me because i stay total 15 months, so i have to di aircon service total 5 times, landlord have the right to deduct the money without necessary to do it because the aircon contract still remain 2 times left. So is it legal or illegal for them to deduct my deposit without doing the aircon service? Please help me, thank you.
