Hi,
I have a question. I purchased this HDB apartment almost 3 years ago (May 2008). Now, I'm considering investing in a private condo (studio apartment). I have following questions.

The new rule of 5 years before investing in private property rule wasn't there when I purchased HDB. Am I now allowed to invest in Condo?

If so, I want to buy a studio/1 BR unit. My budget is 400k+. Can I get one unit and expect around 1.5k rental every month?

Really appreciate your expert advise.
