Hi Robert,

Are you in an urgent need to sell the property? With the amount of construction going on in the area (BTO), perhaps you may wish to hold back the sale if there is no hurry as potential buyers maybe turned off by the inaccessibility and dusts due to the construction. Perhaps I maybe able to share more with you according to your needs and concerns as most of my fellow professionals have already quoted you a price range you can be looking at.

Hi Robert,

There are a few ways in gauging the price of your unit.
1) past transacted prices
2) current market asking prices
3) bank indicatives

Past transacted prices can be a guide but are not reflective of current prices.

Current market asking prices can be misleading as some greedy sellers might ask for an extraordinary unattainable prices.

I will say best option will be obtaining bank indicatives from bank. Do furnish me with more information of your unit and I will assist you with the bank indicatives.

Looking forward to hear from you!

Warmest Regards,
