Hi, I have a condo under my name. May I know what are the cost payable if I will like to transfer it to my brother. Reason being: I will like to get a HDB flat with my wife to be in 2014. I also understand that I cannot obtain a HDB if I have a private property under my name. Therefore, I need your advise on what should I do if I want to buy a HDB. Please advise. Thank you.
