Hi i have a 3rm x 3rm (5NG) hdb flat in tampines . I plan to sell the unit and just arrange for valuation 2 days ago.. The news mentioned yesterday saying a drop in resale prices.
Gurus..would u think market will be good next week months ahead. I am really thinking of selling.

Afternoon,

Pricing for resale market is dropping and it's due to over supply, coupled with the new TDSR and PR restriction. However, units like jumbo, EM and EA does not have an issue of over supply. Do also note that this few month is the typical slow holiday season hence sales will definitely be slower.
