i have a 1 bedroom condo (388 sq ft) to sell in kovan grandeur and wish to buy a 3 bedrm hdb flat (corner unit in high floor near mrt) in hougang/lor ah soo/amk area near mrt.
1) what would be the best selling price for the condo ?
2) possible to get a hdb flat as mentioned for a budget of $350k purchase price ?
3) what is the market rate for agent's fee assuming i do not exclusive agent for both my transactions ?
