Afternoon,

Since the seller's checklist can only be deposited on the day of your MOP, you can stay getting a salesperson to assist you around 3 week prior MOP. However, you will not be able to issue Option to any interested buyer till after MOP and 7 days from uploading of Seller's Checklist.

From what you have described, in my opinion, close to one month before your MOP, you can start engaging an agent to start doing his/her work. As we will also need to do some financial calculations for you and also prepare for the valuation. By the time all this is ready, the timing should be just nice.
