Hi, I currently sell a condo for 1.2mil. but my agent charges me @ 2% instead. after much nego, we are able to bring it to 1.5%. I thought all along used to be 1% only??

Afternoon,

There was never a ruling that says commission is flat at 1%. I have seller who choose to give more than 2% for a job well done. Good services never come cheap. If your salesperson can get you the right and food price, I believe that he should be paid duly.
